Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, a full refund of deposit.
  • For cancellations more than 28 days prior to arrival, no refund of deposit. We may be able to transfer your booking to alternate dates, at our discretion.
  • For bookings cancelled within 28 days of arrival, or no shows, the full tariff will be incurred.
  • The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days, but is typically refunded within 3 business days. If there is a claim on the security deposit you will be advised by email.
  • Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment
  • Every effort will be made to ensure the property is available as booked. All rights are reserved in relation to altering or cancelling the reservation due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, in which case a full refund of monies paid will apply.
